Hi Friends,tv had flash-over in isolation off orega 40351A-5 I changed
by HR 80001( found in HR site)
FAULT: by ON all voltages reach immediatel the exact value as mention
on schematic!Very high tension ,Uvideo=196v etc ok ,heater ok (burning)
BUT nothing to see or hear,red led blinking 1 X and once more
1X...short interval and 1 X...and 1X once more..at this moment sound
and image are there ( both normal in every way)
