mach dir mal ne DOS-BOX auf (Win-R und dann cmd oder command eintippen)
und tippe mal folgendes ein:
ipconfig /all
und shie nach, ob du ne IP hast.
mit
ping http://www.repdata.de, das sollte sowas wie
c:\ ping http://www.repdata.de
PING http://www.repdata.de (213.239.198.232) 56(84) bytes of data.

c:\
ergeben testest du, ob du andere Rechner im Inet via DNS erreichen kannst.
=> Das habe ich gemacht und das hat auch geklappt.
Wenn das nicht geht, versuche ping 213.239.198.232 . Geht das, hats du keinen Nameserver erreichbar.
