Ersatztyp fuer MTP5P25 ?

QUESTION NO. P711-2: Need some equivalence for MTP5P25 and 2SC5331. MTP5P25 is a Motorola P-channel Mosfet, rated at 250 Volts, 5 Amp, 75 Watts. Possible subs include (self-insulated) P-channel Fets, 2SJ307, 2SJ449, IRFI9634G. Toshiba's 2SC5331 is rated at 1500 Volts, 15 Amps (30 Amp surge), 180 Watts. A possible substitute is Sanyo's 2SC3996. Nationwide (http://www.neiparts.com) is also listing both the MTP5P25 and the 2SC5331 themselves.
