    Hi,

All of the functionality required to create a highly efficient synchronous boost regulator is included in the LM5122 wide input range synchronous boost controller. Peak current-mode control is used to control the regulator. Peak current-mode control offers intrinsic line feedforward and simplifies loop compensation. This highly integrated controller offers powerful high- and low-side N-channel MOSFET drivers with adaptive dead-time regulation. The switching frequency can be user-programmed up to 1 MHz using a single resistor or synchronized to an external clock. The LM5122's 180o-shifted clock output allows for a simple multi-phase design.

The TDA2004 is a class B dual audio power amplifier in the Multiwatt11 package specifically designed for car radio applications.

Power booster amplifiers can be easily designed using this device that provides a high current capability (up to 3.5 A) and can drive very low impedance loads (down to 1.6 W ).

    TDA2004 features

    Low distortion

    Low noise

    Protection against:

    - Output AC short circuit to ground

    - Overrating chip temperature

    - Load dump voltage surge

    - Fortuitous open ground

    - Very inductive loads

The A1203LLHLT-Tcomes from Continuous-Time Bipolar Switch A120x Family.

The Allegro ™ A1202 and A1203 Hall-effect bipolar switches are next-generation replacements and extensions of the popular Allegro A3133 and A3132 bipolar switch product line. Overall, the A120x family, produced with BiCMOS technology, consists of continuous-time devices that feature fast power-on time and low-noise operation.
