    Habe nochmal weiter gemacht...


    Der NAND den ich zuvor im nicht funktionierenden Board getauscht hatte war von einem Board der Chassie QFU 2.1 Serie
    Der Betroffene Fernseher PFL 9607/ PFL 9707 stammt aber von der Chassie QFU 1.1 Serie.


    Habe nun versucht den "alten, nicht funktionierenden" NAND aus der QFU 2.1 Serie der in meinem Board QFU 1.1 nicht funktionerte.... in einem anderen Board zu testen aus der QFU 2.1 Serie.
    Kein Thema der Fernseher startet wie am ersten Tag. Habe dann sofort das Service Menü aufgerufen, hier ist sogar die richtige Boardnummer und auch alle anderen Daten eingetragen obwohl der NAND aus einem anderen Board stammt. Es scheint, als wäre dem Fernseher es egal aus welchem Board der NAND stammt, lediglich die Chassieserie ist entscheident...
    Es muss irgendwo anders die Nummer im Service Menü gespeichert sein... Sonst wäre doch nicht die richtige Nummer gespeichert ?
    Wieder neue wertvolle Erfahrungen gemacht :D

    hier war Schluss... also der NAND hat mal gelebt.


    Habe nun von meinem gutem Board den NAND auf das alte Board umgelötet.


    Nun bootet er, allerdings startet das Display nicht, dann mit der "OK" Taste gedrückt gehalten neugestartet. So nun komme ich bis zur Softwareinspielung... Voll Toll...
    Allerdings möchte ich nicht weiter machen, da das andere Board ja sicher funktioniert, nicht das das andere nicht mehr geht... Hat jemand zufällig einen Programmer für die NAND Flash, einen NAND Chip zum Programmieren habe ich selber.

    Nach dem Tausch letztes Mal des M25P10 Chip startete sofort die Hintergrundbeleuchtung, aber kein Bild.
    Heute habe ich den Fernseher eingesteckt aber die Hintergrundbeleuchtung blieb aus. Man sah an der roten LED des optischen Ausgangs, dass das Mainboard alle 45 Sekunden neu gestartet hat.
    Habe die Spannungsversorgung wieder getrennt und den Test mit der "OK" Taste gemacht... So jetzt ist die Hintergrundbeleuchtung wieder an ;) und bleibt auch an, wenn ich die Spannungsversorgung wegnehme und wieder aktiviere... naja scheint sporadisch zu sein je nach dem wie weit er in der Software kommt.
    Angehängt habe ich mal den Bootvorgang komplett, zumindest was das Forum zulässt als kB :).

    Warum hier bei HDMI Present bei dem nicht funktionierenden Mainboard "false" steht?
    Kann vielleicht der HDMI Chip defekt sein?

    Guten Abend zusammen,


    ich habe mich die letzten Wochen mit der Fehleranalyse den Philips Problem Chassies QFU 1.1 / QFU 1.2 / QFU 2.1 beschäftigt.
    Einige der Fehler wurden bereits in diesem Forum beschrieben und haben mich sehr weiter gebracht.
    Zur Vorgeschichte... Der Fernseher zeigte kein Lebenszeichen, deshalb zuerst der Verdacht auf das Netzteil. Dieses wurde ersetzt, aber keine Verbesserung/Lebenszeichen. Danach aus einem anderen Fernseher das Mainboard genommen --> Alles lief wie am ersten Tag, deshalb 100% das Mainboard defekt...


    Durch weitere Tips im Forum, bin ich auf den M25P10 Boot Flash gestoßen... Ich hatte noch einen weiteren Fernseher, bei diesem funktionierte noch alles...
    Habe mir dann wie von euch beschrieben den SkyPro Programmer von Coright bestellt und neue M25P10 Chips, danach das Programm von dem funktionieren Board geladen und auf den neuen Chip gebrannt. Siehe da :) es werde Licht und der Fernseher startet... Leider nur die Hintergrundbeleuchtung aber kein Bild.
    Nun habe ich weitergesucht und einfach mal den NAND Flash "MT29F8G08ABABA" getauscht, auch keine Verbesserung.
    Ich wollte nicht aufgeben und hatte Verdacht, das der BGA Probleme macht, dieser wurde von einer spezial Firma gereballt... aber auch das ist nicht die Lösung das Problems...
    Ich möchte nicht aufgeben und brauche euch dazu :) vielleicht ist es möglich das Problem zu lösen.


    Anbei ein Teil des Bootvorgangs, der Start ist immer das selbe wie bereits in den anderen Beiträgen beschrieben, deshalb habe ich das weggelassen. Auffällig ist, dieser Bereich läuft in Schleife:

    Was hat es mit dem : No alive msg from app cpu : count 24 denn aufsich, ich suche seit Tagen und komme nicht drauf .... Vielleicht weis einer von euch etwas?
