Wie lässt sich denn so ein Netzteil, ohne Hauptplatine dahinter, starten? Muss da eine Spannung angelegt werden oder reicht es wie bei einem PC Netzteil zwei Kontakte zu brücken?

Gerade nochmal getest und gemessen.
Interessant ist jetzt Pin 6.
Kurz nach einschalten, Relais zieht nicht an:
STK:
- Pin10: ~1,0V
- Pin13: ~1,8V
IC501:
- Pin1: 0V
- Pin2: 0,7V
- Pin4: 4,75V
- Pin6: 41V
